General Terms and Conditions

Your contract for the purchase and delivery of our Products will be with Medoc Computers Ltd (“Medoc”) whose registered address is at Meadow House, Meadow Lane, Nottingham, NG2 3HS United Kingdom. When is your order placed?

You place the order for your Products on the Website by following the prompts and clicking the “Order & Pay” button at the end of the checkout process. Once you have clicked this button it constitutes an “Order”.

How much is the cost of delivery and handling?

The delivery charge will be shown in the order process before you complete your Order and you confirm your consent to this charge when you submit your Order. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee in addition to delivery costs, and you confirm your consent to this charge when you submit your Order.

How can I review my Order?

You will be given an opportunity to review your Order and make any amendments required prior to placing an Order.

How will we confirm your Order?

We will send you an Order confirmation email detailing and acknowledging the Products you have ordered.

What Products will you deliver?

Your contract with us to deliver Products only relates to those Products confirmed in the “order confirmation” email sent by us to you. We will not be obliged to deliver any other Products, which may have been part of your Order, unless and until those Products are confirmed in an order confirmation email.

How will I know when my Products have been despatched?

We will notify you by email when your Product is despatched to you.

If you have ordered multiple Products, please note that we may deliver these separately.

When is payment for the Products taken?

Your credit/debit card will be charged when your Order is confirmed, your payment will shown on your statement as 'Medoc'

We are not required to accept your Order and we may modify, reject or cancel your Order for any reason, including but not limited to one of the following reasons:

▪ The product you ordered being unavailable from stock;

▪ If we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment;

▪ The identification of a pricing or Product description error;

▪ We reasonably believe you may have the intent to resell the Product; or

▪ You not complying with these Terms and Conditions (for example, if you are under the age of 18 and we have not received consent to the Order from your legal guardian).

Refunds and Exchange

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. We are unable to exchange or refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following lines – DVDs, Jewellery, Petwear & Underwear.

We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. As we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in the help section; every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct.

Cancellation of Order

You may cancel your order for goods at any time up to the 7th working day after you receive the goods, unless your goods have been personalised in anyway. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your order and you can cancel orders by sending an email to nottinghamrugbyretaill@medoc.co.uk. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited from your credit card will be re-credited when we receive the goods into our returns department, and, in any event, within 30 days of the cancellation, provided you return the goods in the original condition.

Stock Availability

Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sold out due to unprecedented demand. Where possible these items will be removed from the website, where possible we will offer alternative items on customer approval. If this is not possible, we will place out of stock items on back order and it will follow as soon as possible on a separate delivery. Customers can choose to accept a partially complete order at the time of checkout. If any items are likely to take more than three weeks the club will contact the customer to check with whether they wish to proceed with the order. If any items have been discontinued we will endeavour to offer an alternative wherever possible.

Shirt Personalisation

Please note, that once a shirt has been printed with a name or number it cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the shirt is deemed faulty. We are unable to provide a refund or exchange if that player leaves the Club or changes his squad number.

Payment

Please note that this site, and the retail service is provided by Medoc, on behalf of Nottingham Rugby Club, and your payment will be shown as Medoc on your bank statement.
